Active Directory locks out all users

Hi, Within the last few days I have had an issue with my win2k servers locking out every user account. For no apprent reason it just on a whim locks all of the accounts at once. There is no reference as to why in the logs or event viewer.

The only solution other than manualy unlocking every account is setting the lockout period really low like one minute. Any ideas?
