Active Directory mass account creator in

I am looking for something very easy but I have yet to find it. I work at a college and I have to hand make a lot of Active Directory accounts for the students to use every semester. I know there is scripting for AD but I have yet to find a good site or even a script that some one has made so all I have to do is make the list in Excel with all the user names. The user names are all the same but have an ending number that is +1. The password can be the same as long as change password is check on first log on. I am not a scripting type of guy but I can do some I just have not found a good starting point yet.
