Active Server Page NT & IIS Error

I have a Win NT 4 server with IIS 4.0 and MS FrontPage98. I developed ASP pages using an Access Database but am getting the following error. Should I have other software installed on the server? This is the error in Event Viewer:

Failed on creation from object context: CoCreateInstance (ProgId: ADODB.Connection.1.5) (CLSID: {00000514-0000-0010-8000-00AA006D2EA4}) (Microsoft Transaction Server Internals Information: File: d:\viper\src\runtime\context\ccontext.cpp, Line: 1292)

Any help would be appreciated. It was previously working on a Win98 machine with personal Web Server running.
