Active X – Potentially unsafe info

Get the error “this page provides potentially unsafe informaiton to an Active X control …” I’ve tried manually setting the sec settings from disable/prompt to enable. Tried the comcat.dll rename and reinstalled IE 6.0 tried patched and updates to no avail. Any other suggestions. Thanks much.
