I’m in it Deep!
I’ve read many threads regarding the “System will not allow you to logon interactively” because of the security group policies; however, that didn’t solve the problem for one computer…one very important computer, with lots of my stuff on it.
In a rash move, I deleted that computer’s account from the PDC’s Computer section and now I cannot connect to that machine at all!!! The error states “The system cannot log you onto this domain because the system’s computer account inits primary domain is missing or the password on that account is incorrect.” Well, I tried to recreate that computer account and it doesn’t read in the properties. The account is created, but when I look through the computer tabs from the Active Directory Users and Groups console, the Operating system (Win2K Pro) and such is not there.
I’ll be happy to reformat the !@$# thing if only I can get the files off of it first, but I cannot even connect through the network!
I’ve tried using ntrights.exe to no avail.
I’ve tried to contact the PAID Microsoft Support and they havent’t been kind enough to reply after 4 hours.
Any help would be immensely appreciated.
