Add disclaimer message

Hi All, i got to problem to add a disclaimer message to outgoing stmp at my Exchange 2000 Server.. i found a many artickel about this.. but only exchange 5.5.. I dont find any article for Exchange 2000 .. anybody can help me im very appreciate..
