Add printer icon

Iv setup 2 windows 2000 servers. Server A and Server B. On server A I’m hosting a printer. On Server B when I goto add the printer that I’m hosting on Server A the Add Printer Icon will not open and I do not recieve any error? Please help!!!

Server A is running Small Business Server 2000. With Service pack 1
Server B is running Windows 2000/Service pack 1 with Citrix Metaframe 1.8 for 2000.
