Add printer wizard.

Why is in my Windows NT 4 server, when I try to use ADD PRINTER WIZARD, the MY COMPUTER radio button was greyed out (I cannot select it), the NETWORK PRINT SERVER has been pre-selected for me (eventhough I was logged in as local administrator with Full permissions)?
