Add/Remove Programs error on 2K server

After I installed the the software for Palm lll on my Windows 2k Advance Server at home, the ADD/Remove Programs in Control Panel corrupted. It opened when I clicked on it, but no icons, no contents. So, I uninstalled the Palmlll software, but the Add/Remove Programs still have same problem. Any fix?
