Add/Remove Standard Games

I would like to remove the Games that come pre-installed on Win2K.
I have been to the Microsoft Website and they say to go into the Add/Remove Components section and under Accessories and Utilies Details, I can remove it from there.
I cannot find the Accessories and Utilities selection at all.

Can anyone help me?
