Add XP to Vista Boot Menu

by wjk25 . Updated 19 years, 1 month ago

Hello,

I installed Vista Business in a computer with two hard drives. XP is on one hard drive and Vista is on the other. I can access the XP drive from Vista but I cannot find a way to add XP to the boot menu of Vista. The only way for me to get back into XP is to change the hard disk startup priority via the BIOS.

Does anyone know a way to add XP to the Vista startup menu without reformatting and installing Vista and XP on the same hard drive? I really don’t want to have to use Grub or any other boot loader.

Thanks for the help,
Will
