Adding a LPT4: port via a PCI I/O card

The PC is a Dell which comes with one LPT1: installed. I added 2 Intek cards for LPT2: & LPT3:. Now I am trying to add a 3rd card for LPT4:. I look in device manager not conflicts. Looks good in the configuration with IRQs, but I can’t get it torecognize LPT4:. Can LPT4: be enabled in the registry. Right now it only recognizes PCI lpt so I can’t specify LPT4: in the software.
