Adding a new domain controller…

Hi.. We have 1 domain controller in the office. I added a second domain controller a few days ago. Everything seems to work fine but I get an error message when trying to see the details for a user in Avtive directory. The error says something about the Global Catalog not set up.
Anyone has any ideas?
