adding a pci multimedia audio device

I have a new ibm clone with a super p6sba m/b,p3 600mgz cpu,3com nic,c/l sound card mn ct4750,128 ram. after 95 is installed and the nic I installed the sound card about 3/4 of the way through a dialog box pops up saying i need to install a pci multimedia audio device. but its not in windows drivers or the sound card. the main board company says its with the sound drivers and of corse the sound company says its with the main board. any help?

i d/l ed the chipset from the main board company and d/l ed all the drivers from the sound company. un installed and reinstalled.
