Adding a server to a network

Hi,
I have a windows nt4.0 environment.
I just added a server to the network. With all the right ip addresses. I’m only able to see it from 1 other server on the network the rest of the servers are unable to see it(ping it)….
What could be the possible cause of this?
Any help would be appreciated
