Adding a Tape Drive – NT 4 Server

I am trying to add a DLT Tape drive which I am doing thru Tape Devices in Control Panel. It detects the tape drive, but it will not allow me to add the drivers for the tape drive. When I press ADD I thought it should ask for the location of the drivers. But this is not happening.
