Adding a workstation to Active Directory

I’ve just recently setup Active Directory on my 2000 Advanced Server at home. I have a 2000 Prof. station that I’m trying to have the server add on. But I’m having difficulty in doing so. It will not pick it up or even see it in network neighborhood. Anyone out have any ideas as to what I may doing wrong or overlooking??
