Adding data to HTML table.

1) My VB program extracts information from backup text logs and puts info into a web page, created by my VB program.
I need to add data to tables, extending the rows.
How do I do it?
2) First of all, I need to open the HTML file for input/output.Options available (input, output, binary or random) do not want to do both.
How do I do it?
