Adding Domain Controller

Hi,

I have a Win2K domain with 5 file servers and 2 domain controllers.
Recently somebody attempted to add a 3rd domain controller. Now, every 2 minutes I’m getting and Event ID: 16650. I have read everything I could find on Technet. Nothing there is working.

Also, at one of the existing DC’s I’m getting Event ID: 5722.

Basically what I am trying to do is this:
The two existing DC’s are used for auth., DNS and DHCP.

I wish to make a new box, which will be a file and print server also, a DC with DHCP and DNS and would like it to replicate with the existing DC’s.

Any insight would be appreciated.
