Adding Email Programs to IE

Greetings,

I have a PC that does not contain any programs to add when in IE I go to TOOLS-INTERNET OPTIONS-Programs Tab and select the EMAIL down arrow.

How do I add programs in there other than the defaults particularly Groupwise?
