Adding printers ~ help!

Our Win 2 k Server network has 30 desktops & 4 laptops, all running Win 2k Pro.
How do I add a printer to the network so that I do not have to log on as each user & install the printer as that user?
Surely there must be a way. It is time consuming with 20 users, with hundreds it would be a nightmare!
There are 20 log on names & I want to be able to add a printer & somehow have each log on name be able to print to it next time they log on.
