Adding RAID 5 into the Server

Hi All!

I have windows NT 4.0 SP6a with 2 HSPL (Hot Swappable) 18.2 GB HDDs. Now the company purchased another HSPL 18.2 GB (in other words now I have 3 same capacity and model hard drives) & SCSI Controller Card as well.

I want to clarify that should I install the Controller Card & the third 18.2 GB HDD into the exiting installed server and afterwards configure the RAID 5 or all the Server OS & softwares has 2 be reinstalled again for adding the above mentioned card and HDD, kindly advice if any further precautionary measures,
