Adding users to Exchange Server

First of all, forgive my english :). I am a new user in the NT environment, so I need to add an email address for a new user on an Exchange server on NT 4.0, Does exist any step by step manual to do this? or Can somebody give me a tip to do this? because I dont have any documentation.
