Adding WIN200 client in a workgroup

I have troubles in adding my w2k client in the workgroup so that I can share a printer in the internet cafe . I n fact whenever In fact when I open the computer on the network I am able to see the client on which the computer is installed but I can’t access because It asks the password(and I aM USIND THE DEFAULT ADMINISTRATOR USERNAME AND THAE SAME PASSWORD TO ALL CLIENTS)AND WHEN I PUT THE PASSWORD THE COMPUTER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE ALL COMPUTERS ARE WIN 2000 PROFESSIONAL WHAT CAN BE DON SO THAT I CAN ACCESS ALL SHARED ITEMS ON THE NETWORK FROM ANY PLACE.
