Adding Win98 to an XP machine

I have a new computer running Windows XP home on the master drive.
I have a second, FAT32 drive with two partitions and I’d like to install Windows 98 SE there. How would I go about it? Will I need to repartition the drive, or can I just install tothe empty 2nd partition of it.
I’ve read some things that sound pretty complicated about disabling the master drive, and changing bios settings. Will I need to do that?
