Adding Windows 2000 to Windows NT Domain

Our network is currently Windows NT 4.0 with Domain Controllers. We will be adding a Windows 2000 Server to be used as a Terminal Server. Are there any issues with Active Directory interacting with Domain Controllers? Any hints or tips to make this as painless as possible?
