Adding Windows 95/98 users

I want my kids to have a separate logon to our home pc, but I want them to have their own directories, files, etc… and not be able to get into mine. I would like to restrict them from getting into my programs. Is this possible with Windows 98SE?
If so, where could I get some information on how to do this. Is there a step by step procedure available.
