additional IP address range

Currently we run one IP range in DHCP manager on a Windows NT4 server. We have just received a second range of IPs to use but they are not consecutive with the first. Numbers are the same in the first two number fields, in each range but the thirdand forth are different. How do I add the second range into the DHCP scopes, to allow users to access the additional IPs?
