Address book transfer

I had a Palm V and it stopped woking. Now all my information is in the Palm desktop software and my Palm V does not work any more.

I have purchased an IPAC hp2000 series and would like to know what would be the best way to transfer my address book from the Palm desktop software to my IPAC (or at least to MS Outlook where I can further sync to my new IPAC).
