Adduser utility

I tried using adduser utility to add users and group from a different domain which has a two way trust relation with the domain in question. I was not able to add the user but was able to import the global groups. The interesting part is they have a? symbol before their name and I cannot delete or edit the accounts.

Could someone help me with this?
