“ADF Empty” Scanpartner Error

I am trying to install a Fujitsu Scanpartner 15c on a Windows 2000 machine. After going through the setups again I am still getting “ADF Empty” error if I try to scan from the Flatbed instead of the ADF. If you have seen this Please contact me.
