ADMIN LOCKED OUT

any one have any suggestions as to how to change the admin password to a windows 2k standalone server. I have used a couple of winternal tools and O & O software and have been unable to get this completed. The machine internaly have 2 scsi drives mirrored so if i was to use a boot device it has to boot to dos and have drivers for the card to access the drives. Now get this the card is so old that it does not have any dos drivers available for it. so i am stuck.. any suggestions??
