admin Password

Hi,
When I try to change the administrator password in a windows nt4.0 envirnment I get the following: Password cannot be changed at this time…. Computer is signed on as administrator when I’m attempting to do this. There are no other computerssigned on as administrator.I’m
hitting ctrl,alt,delete to change the administrator password
