Administrative Tools

After I have installed and configured W2K Pro. On a Packard Bell Machine I lost all the content in the “Administrative Tools folder” when I restarted the computer.
The question is: Can I reinstall the Administrative Tools again without having to reinstall W2K Pro. all over again?
I know you can do that with W2K server CD-Rom since it has “ADMINPAK.MSI” in the I386 folder. but having done so didn’t bring back the default programs such as Local security and Computer Management.
