Administrator logon denied

I was “doing research” (i.e. playing around)on my home system (Server 2k without SP1, w98/95 clients)and applied a local security policy denying logon to the Users group. This had the unfortunate result of also denying logon to the Administrators!!Does anyone know a registry key or other workaround to undo this?
I’ve managed to get into recovery console for the disk (it accepted my password there), but am not sure what to do next. Regedit isn’t available in the console, but can probably be found elsewhere.
This would be good to know just in case!
