Administrator Logon locked out

I suspect my wifes PC has been hit with a virus and most likely the Blaster virus. Can’t run the fixtool or patch because I’ve been locked out of the Administrator Account.

Anyone have any idea how I can get into it? The user account has minimal privileges so can’t change much. Services, and other admin tools in control panel won’t let me in. I vote we hang all virus makers!!!
