Adobe Forms/Adobe web site

I have a couple of questions:

1. Why am I not able to log into the Adobe web site? It always come back as a page not available error.
2. I would like to know as much as possible about Adobe Forms –
a. How can one generate these forms?
b.Are these forms more easily downloaded than the normal Acrobat PDF files?
c. Do these forms support macros as in MS Word?
d. Where else can I get more information on Adobe Forms? (As you can see from my earlier question I am not able to log into the Adobe site.)
e. Are there any other Forms package which can be used over the web?
