Adobe Forms

Hi,

I have created a fillable form in Adobe Designer. This fillable form will than be sent to users to fill in and save under a different name. These forms will than be sent back to me so I can create one big report. However, the form contains drop down lists that I do not want to see in the big report. Is there a way of doing this?
