Adobe on terminal server

I have installed abode on my terminal server, first using the “change user/install” and also throught add/remove programs. both work for that day. when the users come back to log in, it either takes extremly long time to change a small word doc to pdf, or it doesn’t seem to work at all. Am I missing something.. as far as settings. The document I found on Abode said just to use Add/remove programs.. and it should work fine.. Help!!
