Adobe reader conflict with website

I have a problem where my customer tries logs in on a realty website, she is an agent, fills out a cost sheet and submits the information. When she submits it she gets an error message that says something about “96PDF-” and then it continues on the the next screen. Unfortunately, the screen is no longer filled with the information that she just inputed. The company is 1st American Title Company and she tries to enter through Long.net. If any one has ANY CLUE as to this problem, please let me know.
