ADSL MODEM

Does netmeeting work with ADSL.
I have been trying to set up a meeting where on member has adsl and the other ISDN.
The ISDN computer can hear and see everything but the adsl cannot.

The whiteboard and messaging works both cases

Any help would be appreciated
