ADSL Router/Modem Configuration via HTML

I often have to change my ISP connection on my router and do this through the HTML page. I am looking for a way that I can run a script of some sort to automatically disconnect the current connection, change the username and password and connect to the new ISP and ofcourse return back to the first ISP once I have completed the work. Can anyone help?
