Adv Client Internet logon Term Services

I have posted this questions before, but I still can not get this working to allow clients to logon to terminal services via IE. I have run TSWEBSETUP on the server with IIS 4.0. When the client clicks on the http://servername/TSWEB nothing happens. page not found. I need more specific instructions for this or to be directed to where these instructions are PLEASE!!!!!
