Advanced system help required…

I need to know if there are any system variables pertaining to wallpaper and other personalized user settings, and where I would be able to find them. In addition, if there are not, I would like to know if there is a way to create one or more to myspecifics. The operating system this is in relation to is Win2k Pro, running SP2. Specific varibles desired are wallpaper, cursors, etc. Thanks for any help you can give.
