After Remove WinOnCD problems with CD de

After I remove WinOnCD on a Win2k Pro PC with SP1 I can’t get my CD devices (1 cdrom, 1 writer hp 8100).
There is a “!” in my device manager in Win2k.
In the explorer the mappings for this devices were not displayed.
How I can solve this problem ?
