AGFA T5000 Scanner

When we scan over 1250dpi, which uses the Hi-Res lens in
the scanner apparently, the scanned image in not the same
area as that selected in the preview. Agfa claim an
incompatability problem between the circuit board and the
software (Color Exact 3.0/2.5) and cannot be fixed
