AGP video memory not detected

m/b is MSI MS-7008 v1.0A
cpu Intel P4 2.95GHz
RAM 1Gig
AGP card is Apollo GeForce MX4000 128MB DDR 4X/8X.
Video driver is nVidia latest (Aug2005) downloaded and installed.
Using CheckIt Diagnostics reports (0) memory under video heading.
I am a bit confused by the daul screens nVidia desktop manger displays. Seems the AGP card has TV/out built into it which I may never use.
How do I get the 128MB of video memory recognized by the system?
