Alert Error Message

I have a Dell Optiplex GX110 that was recently given to me. When I turned the computer on it froze up at the intro screen. The computer worked Before I got it home. I rebooted the computer and then I got an error message that said, “Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint [EMem]. For help in resolving this problem, please note this checkpoint and contact Dell Tech Support.” Well as you can figure out, the warranty has run out. Cen someone give me some help?
