AMD Athalon MP / AMD Opteron Motherboard

Looking for a motherboard that will support the following:

Dual AMD Athalon MP or Opteron
Supports at least 4Gigs of RAM
8x AGP slot
SATA

If any of you know of a motherboard that meets these requirements please let me know.
