AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 4200+ – Good?

I’m building a machine and I saw a good deal on the AMD Athlon X2 4200+, is it a good CPU? I’ve stuck with Intel since before Pentium, (286 days) and I had some extra cash and decided I needed to build a new machine (for use at work). I came across this CPU and wanted to know your thoughts on it.
